Pertamina has a strategic role to ensure the availability of energy for the nation and to energize every sector of life across the country. To perform such responsibility, Pertamina has developed an integrated business network that cover a range of services, from the upstream to the downstream. On June 12th, 2020, 6 (six) subholdings were established under Pertamina, i.e. Upstream Subholding, Gas Subholding, Refinery and Petrochemical Subholding, NRE Subholding, Commercial and Trading Subholding, as well as Integrated Marine Logistics Subholding.
The establishment of those six subholdings will help Pertamina to focus more on building an energy sovereignty for Indonesia. By consistently echoing the spirit of “One Energy, One Pertamina”, we synergize all efforts and activities in providing energy and direct them to be a combined power in energy sector, which will then empower the Company to make bigger impacts on various efforts aimed at seeking solutions to future energy challenges.
