PCC 135, Pertamina's Information One Door Service

Jakarta, March 2, 2021 -  As of March 1, 2021, Pertamina Call Center is only connected through the number 135 for Pertamina's information and communication service. Following the Single Number utilization, Pertamina (Persero) has officially stopped PCC 1500 000 operations.

Pertamina Call Center (PCC) 135 become the company's channel for communication, information, service, and Pertamina's product. The enactment of Single Number 135 applies to all call center communication channel, both voice-based or telephone and electronic mail or email.

In PCC 135, Pertamina provides 135 telephone service, which offers delivery service, customer complaint, Shared Service Center, and information about Pertamina. Pertamina can be reached through the email address pcc135@pertamina.com.

Senior Vice President Corporate Communications & Investor Relations of Pertamina, Agus Suprijanto, said that the single number Pertamina Call Centre is effective. Therefore, the community, stakeholders, or consumer only need to remember one number, that is 135.

"With a much shorter number, 135, the public can remember easier to contact us and our agents are ready to answer your information needs about our service or products as well as the newest promo, to complaints or suggestions for Pertamina," he said.

Agus added that as one-stop information for Pertamina, PCC 135 is also supported by human resources recognized by world institutions.

In February 2021, Pertamina Call Center 135 (PCC 135) brought Pertamina and Indonesia's good name by making achievements at the global level at the Contact Center World Global Award 2020.

In this world-class competition, Pertamina Call Center 135 (PCC 135) made a breakthrough by winning seven awards from the seven categories that Pertamina participated in, namely Best Contact Center (Gold), Best Operational Manager (Gold), Best in Public Service (Gold), Best Supervisor (Gold), Best in Professional Customer Service (Gold), Best in Customer Service (Silver) and Best Analyst (Silver).
