Pertamina Hulu Energi Collaborates with Solo Technopark to Prepare Excellent Employees
Solo, March 15, 2022 - PT Pertamina Hulu Energi, as Pertamina's Upstream Subholding, collaborates with one of the Government Institutions Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) Solo Technopark, in organizing employee training and development. The cooperation agreement signing was carried out by the Director of Human Resources & Business Support of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi, Oto Gurnita, and the Head of UPT Solo Technopark, Yudit Cahyantoro N.S., ST., MT, in the Solo Technopark area of Surakarta, as well as the inauguration of the Oil and Gas Corner by complying to the health protocols on Friday (11/03).
The Head of Balitbang Surakarta; Agung Riyadi, Head of SKK Migas; Dwi Sutjipto, and the Head of Representative of SKK Migas for Java, Bali and Nusa Tenggara (Jabanusa); Nurwahidi were present as a form of synergy in the administration of government affairs related to the management of upstream oil and gas business activities in Surakarta, Central Java.
On this occasion, the Head of UPT Solo Technopark, Yudit Cahyantoro N.S., ST., MT., conveyed information about UPT Solo Technopark. "UPT Solo Technopark, as a science and technology area ,was built to provide production services as well as training and technology development to improve human resources quality, increase competitiveness, improve business and industrial performance, increase regional economic growth, and expand employment opportunities through sustainable economic development," explained Yudit Cahyantoro.
Whereas, Director of Human Resources & Business Support of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi, Oto Gurnita, stated the program's objectives, "We hope that cooperation in the field of training and development of Workers in the Upstream Subholding environment can improve work competence and human resources in the superior national upstream oil and gas industry,” explained Oto.
