Supporting Pertamina Pemred Gathering 2024, Pelita Air Serves National Media Editors-in-Chief’s Flight to Bali

Jakarta, June 24, 2024 – Pelita Air (flight code IP), a medium service airline, has been entrusted to serve the flight for national mass media editors-in-chief attending the Pertamina Pemred Gathering 2024 organized by Pertamina in Nusa Dua, Bali, from June 20 to 23, 2024.

Using Airbus A320-200 aircraft with flight codes IP108 and IP104 on the Jakarta-Denpasar route, this opportunity is a significant moment for Pelita Air to contribute to this event’s success.

The Pertamina Pemred Gathering 2024 was attended by dozens of editors-in-chief from various national media companies, both print and electronic. During the event, the President Director of Pertamina, Nicke Widyawati, presented an overview of Pertamina Group's performance and contributions in 2023.

Additionally, Pertamina invited the media editors-in-chief to visit Keliki Village, a renewable energy-based village supported by Pertamina. This village is also a model village for the Energy Independent Village program, which is Pertamina’s flagship CSR program.

At this location, the media editors received presentations on waste processing activities and the subak (traditional Balinese irrigation system) managed by the local community. They were also taken on a tour to see top MSMEs (micro, small, and medium enterprises) fostered by Pertamina, showcasing Pertamina's commitment to driving the local economy.

In line with Pertamina's energy focus on environmental sustainability and economic independence for communities, Pelita Air is committed to consistently applying sustainability principles in every flight. Pelita Air will also collaborate with local MSMEs to bring their top products on flights.
