Ahead of Nataru, the President Director of Pertamina Patra Niaga Review Service Readiness on the Trans-Java Toll Road

Jakarta, December 22, 2022 – From December 15, 2022, to January 8, 2023, PT Pertamina Patra Niaga's Christmas & New Year Task Force (Satgas Nataru) is on standby on strategic and tourism routes to ensure fuel, LPG, and Avtur supplies and services reliability for the mobilizing community.

Directly reviewing the field since Tuesday (20/12), President Director of Pertamina Patra Niaga, Alfian Nasution, ensured energy supplies readiness in a sufficient condition. Alfian was also present to give appreciation to the Pertamina Siaga team, who were on duty during Nataru.

Alfian and the Pertamina Patra Niaga management are focused on carrying inspections in areas that are expected to experience increased mobility during Nataru, such as the Trans-Java Toll Road. Namely, the Rest Area KM 57 Petrol Station for the Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road section, the Pertamina Standby Kiosk service on the Cipali Toll Road, to Rest Area KM 379 Batang-Semarang Toll Road petrol station.

According to Alfian, as Pertamina's Sub Holding Commercial & Trading engaged in energy distribution, Pertamina Patra Niaga is committed to providing optimal service for people traveling to celebrate Christmas or on vacation with the family this Nataru.

"Pertamina Patra Niaga is committed to ensuring energy availability for the community through Pertamina's quality products. The Pertamina Siaga team is also ready to serve the community's energy needs through regular services and additional services. Therefore, traveling at this Nataru moment can be safer and more comfortable," he said.

Alfian explained that Pertamina prepared additional services on toll roads and tours. 54 Pertamina Siaga Kiosks, 496 motorbikes or Pertamina Delivery Service (PDS), 192 standby tank cars, as well as 1184 petrol stations, 4186 Standby LPG bases, and 8 Standby Pertamina Standby Points are on standby to serve people who are mobilizing at the end of this year.

"We have prepared these additional services at strategic points. It includes preparing motorbikes to anticipate traffic jams, Rumah Pertamina Siaga, tank cars that are on standby at petrol stations, and there are Pertashops in locations where there are no petrol stations yet," he explained.

Alfian added that the national fuel and LPG stocks are monitored in sufficient condition. For fuel, coverage days are above 19 days. Avtur is still above 29 days. Meanwhile, coverage days for LPG are still above 18 days.

"People do not need to worry. At the Christmas and New Year (Nataru) moment, we make sure that the fuel and LPG supply is also sufficient," added Alfian, who also conducted a review at the Boyolali Fuel Terminal, Central Java and the Rewulu Fuel Terminal, in Yogyakarta.
