Appreciating Press, Pertamina Presents the 2021 Pertamina Journalistic Award Themed "Energizing You"

Jakarta, September 14, 2021 – Pertamina presents the Pertamina Journalistic Award (AJP) 2021 with the theme "Energizing You." This time the theme is also the corporate communication theme in 2021 in line with Pertamina's steps and innovations to provide energy and encourage the country's advancements.

"Pertamina invites members of the press throughout Indonesia, whether in print, online, radio, or electronically, to produce works full of energy in AJP 2021. This event is also open to all local media and national media throughout Pertamina's operational areas," said the Acting Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications & Investor Relations of PT Pertamina (Persero) Fajriyah Usman.

Fajriyah added, with the theme "Energizing You," Pertamina opens opportunities for various journalistic works related to Pertamina Go Green, Pertamina Go Global, Pertamina Go Digital, Pertamina Go Collaborative, Pertamina Go Productive & Efficient, and Pertamina Go Sustainable.

Fajriyah added AJP 2021 would have six categories, namely the Print Media Category, Online Media, TV Category, Radio, Photo Essay Category, and news related to CSR/Community Empowerment activities.

All AJP 2021 works will be selected in stages, starting at the territory or regional level throughout Indonesia to the national level to compete for the final and grand finals with various attractive prizes and cash totals of up to hundreds of million rupiahs.

"In addition to the territorial and national level winners, Pertamina will also provide prizes and awards for potential journalists for each category. Therefore, the opportunity to become a winner is wider and wider," added Fajriyah.

Each AJP 2021 participant can fill out the registration form that has been provided as proof of participation by downloading the form on the website https://ptm.id/AJP2021. The submitted work must be positive news and have been published or broadcast in the mass media from November 1, 2020, to October 31, 2021.

"Considering that it is still a pandemic, the entire selection process until the judging and awarding of the 2021 AJP will be done digitally. It is an effort to support the government in dealing with the spread of Covid-19.
