"Based on the extraordinary legal efforts made, namely Reconsideration, the Supreme Court granted the company's rebuttal and stated that Pertamina is the sole legal owner of the land and buildings and everything on them," said Achmad Suyudi, PT Legal Manager. PTC.
The recovery effort has been running for more than ten months safely and adequately because PT PTC has carried out socialization before implementing restoring Pertamina's assets persuasively. Pertamina continues to build communication through community leaders, Muspika officials, and local State Civil Servants regarding the land status and awareness of the object will be used for the benefit of the state.
Also, PT PTC ensured that the recovery process for Pertamina's assets in Pancoran was carried out with assistance from the police.
"Until now, more than 75% of the land has been returned to Pertamina, and we have done everything according to procedures, and there are no anarchist ways to use certain mass organizations in the asset recovery process," concluded Achmad Suyudi.**
