Jakarta, May 26, 2024 - As part of its efforts to maximize service at Pertamina petrol stations, PT Pertamina Retail, through one of its business units, Bright Store, continues to improve the quality of human resources and shopping facilities.
Sony Setiawan, Merchandise Manager of PT Pertamina Retail, said that one of the steps taken is through a rejuvenation program for various Bright Store facilities, including releasing a more modern logo and creating a more comfortable ambiance for customers.
"The rejuvenation program for Bright Store facilities has been carried out gradually in several Pertamina petrol station areas. As of the second quarter of 2024, eight outlets have undergone rejuvenation," explained Sony.
He added that this outlet rejuvenation program was initiated to facilitate and maximize service for Bright Store customers and to make customers feel more comfortable while shopping. The adoption of a more minimalist logo is also expected to increase brand awareness, making it easier for customers to remember and identify Bright Store services.
"Moreover, customers can purchase Pertamina products such as oil and Bright Gas through the Pertamina Delivery Service at 135, recharge electricity tokens, and top-up e-money. Cashless payments have also been integrated with MyPertamina, allowing customers to accumulate points while shopping," said Sony.
With these diverse services, Bright Store outlets are expected to become convenient and comfortable transit points or one-stop services for customers conducting other transactions at the petrol station.

"Bright Store's rejuvenation Pertamina petrol stations are expected to provide comfort for the public while shopping. Moreover, Bright Store is already integrated with Pertamina's digital products, such as MyPertamina, which is expected to support Pertamina's retail business performance," added Fadjar.
