By the End of August 2020, Pertamina will Hold Photography Training for 351 MSMEs Fostered Partner

Jakarta, August 9 2020 - Pertamina collaborating with Pewarta Foto Indonesia (PFI) will hold a photography training for 351 micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) fostered partner of Pertamina across Indonesia that are considered ready to promote their top products on online platforms.

Vice President of Corporate Communication of Pertamina, Fajriyah Usman said, with this training, MSMEs are expected to master their photography skill as well as editing techniques so that they could produce photos for business purposes, such as business profile or product packaging photos.

“Along with the virtual marketing trend, this photography training is expected to widen SMSEs market range, not only “on” local and domestic markets, but also “on” overseas markets,” Fajriyah stated.

Fajriyah added, this photography training for MSMEs will be held on August 8-29, 2020 with experienced speakers in their field. The speakers are Melly Rianasari (Photography Lecturer at IISIP - Jakarta), Rivan Lingga (ANTARA National News Agency) - Jakarta), Aman Rochman (Contributor at The Jakarta Post - East Java), Hendrivan Gumay (Journalist of Lampung Post), Fahrozi Amri (Lecturer at UIN Suska - Photographer), Desi Suryanto (Photojournalist of Harian Jogja) and Abriansyah Liberto (Photojournalist of Tribunnews).

According to Fajriyah, the subjects of the photography training have been customized according to SMSEs needs to promote their products and businesses to the general public using the photos that will be displayed in their own product marketing platforms, including marketplace and social media.

“Through this training, with photography skills they're expected to be more encouraged and confident in promoting their good quality products in the digital markets, which can reach wider consumers," concluded Fajriyah
