Chairman of KIP: Pertamina as a Role Model for Public Information Transparency in the Energy Sector

Jakarta, April 24, 2024 - PT Pertamina (Persero) is committed to implementing public information transparency in the energy sector.

The Chairman of the Central Information Commission, Donny Yoesgiantoro, stated that the SOE Pertamina could serve as a role model for Public Information Transparency in the energy sector. "From the type of information, the quality of information, organizational commitment, facilities, and infrastructure, its digitalization is already good and proven by Pertamina's informative predicate," Donny said.

Donny urged that Pertamina, as an informative energy sector SOE, could become a pioneer for other SOE and government institutions that are not yet informative. "Pertamina can proactively assist the state institution Central Information Commission in prioritizing information transparency in the energy sector," he hoped.

Vice President of Corporate Communication of PT Pertamina (Persero), Fadjar Djoko Santoso, stated that they are ready to collaborate with the government and SOE to jointly realize information transparency in the energy sector to meet the community's needs.
