Cisumdawu Toll Road Starts Operating, Pertamina Provides Fuel Services for Homecoming Travelers

Jakarta, April 15, 2023 - Ahead of the peak of homecoming travelers for Eid al-Fitr 2023, the management of Pertamina Patra Niaga directly went to the field to ensure facilities and operational facilities reliability, as well as energy supply along toll roads and tourist routes in safe conditions. One of them is the service along the Cisumdawu Toll Road, part of the Trans-Java Toll Road, which officially started operating on Saturday (15/4) today.

Alfian Nasution, President Director of Pertamina Patra Niaga, said that to support the smooth flow of homecoming travelers and return traffic during Eid al-Fitr along the Cisumdawu Toll Road (Cileunyi-Sumedang-Dawuan), which does not yet have petrol station facilities, they quickly responded to travelers’ fuel needs by providing additional services located at KM 194.

"For travelers who will pass through the functional toll road, Pertamina has provided two modular gas stations, each with a capacity of 3,000 liters of Pertamax. We also provide Pertamina Siaga Kiosks with fuel in containers and lubricant products that travelers can use. We also have motorist services (fuel delivery services - red) to assist travelers in case of traffic jams or vehicle breakdowns. We also coordinate with the police to escort motorist services to their destinations if needed in emergencies," he explained.

For diesel vehicle consumers, Pertamina Patra Niaga also provides quality fuel products, Pertamina Dex, in containers. Quality oil products, Fastron and Enduro, are also available. At this Pertamina Siaga Kiosk at KM 194, Pertamina Patra Niaga also provides non-cash (cashless) payment methods and through the MyPertamina application.

In addition to visiting fuel distribution facilities to consumers, Alfian also personally monitored the Bandung Group - Padalarang Fuel Terminal, which supplies fuel to 380 petrol stations and 78 Pertashop in the Bandung Raya, Priangan Timur, and Sukabumi areas.

In addition to monitoring fuel services’ readiness, Alfian directly inspected the Pertamina Call Center 135 team, which serves as the front guard of communication and information services for the company to interact with the public.

In addition to voice (telephone) services, Pertamina Call Center 135 can also be contacted via email, video calls, social media, and chatbot services accessible through the MyPertamina application.

"Pertamina Call Center 135 is ready to face the RAFI Task Force (Ramadan & Eid al-Fitr Task Force - red). Trained officers and agents are on standby 24 hours to serve the information needs of the public. With various national and international awards that PCC 135 has received, it will be able to fulfill the public's expectations as Pertamina's front guard," added Alfian.

Pertamina Patra Niaga has deployed the RAFI Task Force team from April 1 to May 2, 2023, to ensure fuel, LPG, and Avtur availability distribution during the Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr 1444 H.
