May 5, 2022 - PT Pertamina (Persero) guarantees fuel (BBM) availability and safe distribution after Eid al-Fitr 2022 (1443 H). For this reason, people who follow the return flow do not need to worry about fuel shortages.
Director of Logistics and Infrastructure of Pertamina, Mulyono, Head of the Pertamina 2022 Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr Task Force (Satgas Rafi), said all distribution agencies on the homecoming route had been checked for preparations for the return flow of Eid al-Fitr 2022 homecoming. From field observations, Public Fuel Filling Stations (SPBU) are ready with sufficient fuel availability.
"We have checked starting from D+1 Lebaran in preparation for the return flow. The Perwira (Pertamina workers) in the field and petrol stations on the homecoming route along the Java Island are ready and safe," said Mulyono.
Mulyono also said his party implemented a policy so that fuel availability or stock in planting tanks at petrol stations was at least 80 percent. "The stock of petrol stations has been maintained at a minimum 80 percent of the storage tank capacity. And we have also prepared pocket petrol stations, namely tank trucks filled with fuel that are on standby if needed," he said.
For this reason, Mulyono appealed to people traveling back to be calm and not worry about fuel shortages at petrol stations. The peak of the homecoming return itself is estimated to occur on May 6-8, 2022.
"The public does not need to worry because Pertamina has ensured that the fuel stock for the return flow is sufficient. Not only for land transportation modes but also sea and air transportation modes, we have ensured that they are sufficient," he said.
Not only conducting field visits, Pertamina's board of directors and management also monitored the availability and distribution of fuel data through the Pertamina Integrated Enterprise Data and Center Command (PIEDCC), which is an information center for energy distribution starting from upstream, refineries, shipping, fuel terminals, to petrol stations for 24 hours in real time.
"We also have the Rafi Task Force, which will continue to standby and work up to a week after Eid. This team is on standby 24 hours to ensure safe energy availability and distribution for the community," said Mulyono.
In facing the 2022 Eid al-Fitr homecoming return flow, Pertamina has carried out maximum efforts. More than 7,000 petrol stations are guaranteed sufficient stock, including 1,370 petrol stations in potential route areas (toll lanes, tourist routes, logistics routes) operating 24 hours. More than 48 thousand LPG agents and outlets have also been on standby for up to 24 hours, specifically in areas with high demand during Ramadan and Eid.
Pertamina also operates 84 Kiosk Pertamina Siaga spread over 47 locations providing Pertamax and Dex series. Motorist, fuel delivery service (Pertamax/Dex series) for consumers in congested areas, is also prepared 339 units. Tank trucksalerted as bags/reserves for fuel supply are also prepared for up to 154 units.**
