Jakarta, November 24, 2021 - Pertamina Eco Run 2021 participants have shown high enthusiasm. The target quota of 3000 participants has been met. Therefore, the registration closes on November 23, 2021.
Furthermore, 3000 participants registered are ready to fulfill the Challenges Multiple Run by running 10 kilometers (km) or 10K individually.
Following the provision, each Runner must go through the Multiple Run challenge by running individually on November 27 - December 9, 2021, or 13 days until they meet the target of at least 10K runs. The participants will report the results through the Pertamina Eco Run application to achieve accuracy of the distance and running time.

After participants complete the 10K running challenge in Multiple Run Challenges individually, they will run the 5K Real-Time Run simultaneously at their respective places on Sunday, December 12, 2021, from 05.30 to 09.00 WIB.
Pertamina Eco Run is an annual running event and has entered its 8th year in commemoration of Pertamina's 64th Anniversary. All participants of Pertamina Eco Run 2021 register by exchanging 640 points through the My Pertamina application.
By participating in the Pertamina Eco Run, Participants will get a race pack containing Jersey & Masks. Participants will also receive medals for free by only exchanging points in the My Pertamina application. In addition, participants also had the opportunity to get attractive door prizes, including E-bikes, Folding Bikes, and Mobile Phones.
Furthermore, Fajriyah explained, Pertamina Eco Run also invites the participants to care for the environment. With the theme "Run for The Earth," the Runnergizers or Sobat Pertamina will provide energy through running. It is not only healthy for the body but also healthy energy for the earth.
A national running athlete who won 3 gold medals at the National Sports Week, Odekta Naibaho, who also supports the implementation of Pertamina Eco Run 2021, shares tips before starting to run so that participants are safe and can complete their running targets.
"Tips for running, adequate rest, adequate hydration, eat nutritious food," said Odekta.
Furthermore, Odekta also explained before running to warm up from jogging. Running must be done according to the individual's ability by using the speed or pace of each individual.
