Enhancing Easy Access to Information, Pertamina Implements Omni-Channel Digital Transformation for PCC 135

Jakarta, November 8, 2024 – PT Pertamina (Persero) continues to improve public access to information through the digital transformation of its Omni-Channel Pertamina Call Center (PCC) 135, serving as the forefront of the company’s communication and information channels.  

The Vice President of Corporate Communication of Pertamina, Fadjar Djoko Santoso, stated that this transformation is part of the company’s commitment to public information transparency, ensuring easy access to information for people across Indonesia.  

“Digital transformation is a key strategy for Pertamina to enhance services for the public, especially for customers and the broader community, by providing quick, easy, and efficient access to information,” said Fadjar.  

Moreover, Fadjar said in carrying out digital transformation in information services, Pertamina has piloted the integrated omni-channel system for PCC 135. This system connects various communication channels, including the 135 hotline, email, social media, and public information services, into one seamless Omni-Channel system.  

“Pertamina's digital transformation is complemented by improving the skills and technical capabilities of PCC 135 agents, enabling them to serve the public promptly, accurately, and courteously. This training also marks the soft launch of the Omni-Channel PCC 135 Go Live,” Fadjar explained.  

Fadjar emphasized that providing benefits to the public remains a top priority, including facilitating access to information, which adds value to society through Pertamina's operational services.
