Enthusiastic Citizens of the Homecoming Travel With Pertamina: Very Helpful and Free

April 27, 2022 - Pertamina group participates in the free homecoming program coordinated by the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises (SOE). Amidts the Covid-19 pandemic, citizens who took part in the homecoming travel were enthusiastic and felt helped to meet their families in their hometowns.

Pertamina group is among the 25 SOE companies in the 'Mudik Aman, Mudik Sehat Bersama BUMN 2022' program. Pertamina group provides 40 buses with 1,600 homecoming participants to 10 destination.

"I am happy to participate in homecoming with Pertamina. The homecoming program really helps us after Covid. Because the free homecoming has been awaited for two years without going home," said Siswandu (45), a traveler heading to Pemalang, Central Java before, the homecoming group was released by Erick Thohir, Minister of BUMN at the Gelora Bung Karno Stadium, Jakarta, Wednesday (27/4/2022).

Siswandu said this was his first time joining the free homecoming program with Pertamina. He said he was enthusiastic and happy, especially getting other travelers from the same hometown.

"If it is possible in the future, this will continue so we can go home together with Pertamina in a healthy and safe way," he said.

Participants in the homecoming travel with the Pertamina group are also provided with medicine, vitamins, food, and the completeness of the Covid-19 protocol, such as masks, hand sanitizers, and tissues. This equipment is a support for a safe and healthy homecoming.

Similar with Siswandu, a traveler from Bintaro named Damayanti also admitted that she was happy to be part of this SOE homecoming program. The homecoming to Malang, East Java. She admitted, she got the SOE homecoming program information from social media.

"I look for free homecoming information every year. Thank God, this year, I can got it from Pertamina. It was not difficult to register. I directly register and contact the Pertamina homecoming committee," Damayanti said.

"I thank Pertamina for making it easy and free with no charge," Damayanti added, who was going home with her child.

The homecoming program initiated by the Ministry of SOE is a collaboration of 25 SOEs by providing 510 buses and 24 trains by dispatching 40 thousand travelers.

Director of Business Supporting of Pertamina, Dedi Sunardi, attended the release of Mudik Sehat, Mudik Aman Kementerian BUMN. He also had time to greet travelers before they left for their hometowns.

"Those who travel must maintain their health and the Covid-19 protocol. We want to go home safely meet the family. The driver is also careful when driving. The most important thing is security and safety. Hopefully, what has been done becomes a charity of worship for all, " Dedi said.

Dedi explained that Pertamina collaborates with its health services subsidiary, PT Pertamina Bina Medika Indonesia Healthcare Corporation (Pertamedika IHC), to guarantee that Pertamina's homecoming participants have been vaccinated, are in excellent health, and follow health protocols. For homecoming vehicles, Pertamina cooperates with DAMRI to ensure the vehicle safety and feasibility for the traveler until they arrive at the final destination city.

"Pertamina's participation in Mudik Aman Mudik Sehat Bersama 2022 program with BUMN is a form of Pertamina's #energiuntukistiqomah to provide convenience for people, who want to return home comfortably and safely," Dedi said.

Dedi appreciated and thanked the Ministry of BUMN and all parties who assisted in this activity. "Thank you Pertamina, for being involved. Hopefully, our contribution can provide convenience, comfort, security, and safety for you and your family. I hope you arrive safely," he said.

As for the Eid al-Fitr homecoming this year, besides additional fuel supplies at all petrol stations, Pertamina also provides additional services during the Ramadan Eid al-Fitr (RAFI) Task Force period, such as Standby petrol stations in potential route areas (toll lanes, tourist routes, railway routes) logistics) alerted 24 hours a day at as many as 1,370 petrol stations. Agents and LPG Siaga outlets are also alerted for up to 24 hours, specifically in areas with high demand during Ramadan and Eid, as many as 48 thousand units.

Meanwhile, in locations with no petrol stations, Pertamina Siaga Kiosk is also prepared, which provides Pertamax and Dex series as many as 85 units spread over 47 locations. Motorist services, namely delivery services for fuel (Pertamax/Dex series) for consumers in congested locations are also prepared for as many as 339 units. In addition, up to 154 units of tank cars have also been prepared as bags/reserves for fuel supply.**
