Exploration Program Alignment at PT Pertamina Hulu Energi with PT Elnusa Tbk

Jakarta, March 16, 2022 – PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa), a subsidiary of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE), held an offline Focus Group Discussion (FGD) in Jakarta on March 10, 2022. PT Elnusa Trans Samudera (ETSA), a subsidiary of Elnusa, was also involved in the event.

Themed "Aligning the Exploration Program at PHE through Total Elnusa Solution,s" the FGD is a form of synergy within PHE. It also follows the previous result where Elnusa can contribute to the Geoscience survey business to the success of the Exploration program at PHE. 

The participants consisted of parties related to Elnusa, such as Marketing Sales, Oil Field Services (OFS), ETSA, and the PHE Exploration Function, along with the Region 1 - 5 Exploration Team. Agung Prasetyo, Vice President of New Ventures, opened the event as the representative of PHE Management. As stated in his speech, the FGD was a collaboration and synergy between PHE and its subsidiaries. "Synergy is conducted by complementing, accelerating, and reinforcing each other to generate high profits," Agung said.

Ratih Esti Prihatini, Business Development Director of Elnusa, revealed that the synergy enables Elnusa to support sustainable business activities. "Hopefully, from this kick-off meeting, we can synergize to produce a good work plan to achieve short-term and long-term targets," Ade said.

Through the portfolio diversification strategy, which is a sustainable leading business strategy, Elnusa in the upstream oil and gas service segment improves its capability and capacity to play a supporting role in PHE to increase 1 million barrels of national oil production per day (BOPD) and 12 billion standards cubic feet of natural gas per day (MMscfd) by 2030.**
