Nicke added that currently, the percentage of Pertamina's fostered female SMEs is around 33 percent. Pertamina will increase the composition of women's MSMEs to 47.2 percent, following national standards. For this reason, cooperation with IWAPI, which has more than 30 thousand women entrepreneurs, will support this target.
"We did upgrading starting from Go modern, Go digital, Go online, Go global. This stage is what we do in detail specifically for women to the level of Go global," added Nicke.

Pertamina, continued Nicke, has the responsibility to provide training, mentoring, and opportunities. Therefore, women can get the same opportunities.
"We do this for everyone's benefit. We must create inclusiveness. Therefore, there is no longer gender difference, and we believe this is the best for Pertamina, for SOE, and our nation," said Nicke.
