PT Pertamina (Persero), a state-owned enterprise engaged in the energy sector, is carrying out digital transformation in the HC field by utilizing technology more broadly to support the learning & development process as well as knowledge management.
The Digital Transformation for the learning & development process as well as knowledge management carried out by PT Pertamina (Persero) was recognized for its success in the prestigious HR Excellence Award 2021 competition, namely the competition for the HR Sector initiated by SWA Magazine and the Management Institute of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Indonesia. The competition is presented to encourage the spirit of companies and institutions in Indonesia in developing and improving the implementation of HR policies in a better direction.
Pertamina won an award in the competition for HR Learning & Development and HR Knowledge Management, both of which received an AA rating or very good predicate. The award was received directly by the Director of Human Resources of PT Pertamina (Persero), M. Erry Sugiharto, Thursday, July 15, 2021. "We continue to transform digitally to create superior and competitive resources and are expected to anticipate Pertamina's business needs in the future," said Erry.
In addition, he also said that Pertamina's success in obtaining the award was inseparable from the transformation of the Human Resource function into a strategic business partner for the company to support the company.
