Kacang Coklat Emak (Cangcomak) is a small company managed by Salmi which was founded in 2019. This product is an original recipe from Salmi's mother since 1965. Before being marketed, this product was only made during the Idul Fitri holiday, and as a sign of love and affection for her mother, then the name 'Cangcomak' Kacang Coklat Emak became the brand of the product.

In December 2020, this business became Pertamina's fostered partner, and in 2021 its turnover rose sharply to Rp43 million.
As a fostered partner, Cangcomak received a credit facility from Pertamina which was then used to purchase ovens with a large capacity, purchase packaging equipment, purchase raw materials for production, and purchase equipment to support production.
"This assistance has driven an increase in turnover from only IDR 19 million in 2020, to IDR 43 million in 2021," said Salmi.
In the future, she is also ready to be involved in Pertamina's activities, both offline and online, and her products can also be used as gifts if there are company activities, so it can increase sales turnover.
With the support from Pertamina, Salmi hopes that Cangcomak can become a producer of quality and sustainable organic cocoa beans to create healthy organic food fulfillment and sustainable consumption.
Cangcomak also has a desire to provide consumers with organic chocolate nut consumption services without preservatives, support women's empowerment by employing female workers, support responsible food consumption and sustainable production, and introduce the taste of quality home-made cocoa beans at affordable prices for consumers.
"We are determined to produce quality Cangcomak that can be reached by our targeted consumers, including young workers, students, university students, office workers who live in the center of Jabodetabek or other big cities in Indonesia," she said.
To reach the targeted consumers, Salmi uses various types of distribution. An online platform through Google My Bisnis (GMB), marketplaces, offline stores with modern retail markets as well as collaboration with the DKI Jakarta Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperatives Trade Industry Office (PPKUM) and Jakprenuer.
"To be able to survive during the pandemic, all entrepreneurs must remain productive and continue to innovate. Pertamina educates the fostered partners to shift from conventional sales to online sales. This is to anticipate the accumulation of production without a market," said Area Manager Communication, Relations & CSR of Pertamina Patra Niaga West Java Region, Eko Kristiawan.
"Through the partnership program, Pertamina is present as an energy for Micro and Small Enterprises, and together we drive the community's economy," Eko concluded.
This program also aims to continue implementing point 8 of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), namely decent work and economic growth. In addition to the SDGs, Pertamina also seeks to implement Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) in the social sector. This way, Pertamina believes that it can always generate economic benefits in the community in line with environmental and social responsibilities.
