North Tarakan Residents Get Fuel Closer Through Pertashop

Tarakan, December 31, 2021 - PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Regional Kalimantan brings energy closer to the community through Pertamina's small-scale official distributor, Pertashop. This time, Pertamina presents a Pertashop unit for Juwata Krikil Village, North Tarakan.

On Thursday, December 30, 2021, the Pertashop was inaugurated directly by the Lurah Juwata Krikil, Hasanuddin, the Head of North Tarakan, Badaruddin, and the Sales Branch Manager of Rayon V Pertamina Kaltimtara (East and North Kalimantan), Azri Ramadhan. The inauguration ceremony of the first Pertashop in North Tarakan was also attended by the Danramil of North Tarakan, First Lieutenant Jafar Maluru, and the North Tarakan Police Chief, Iptu Kistaya.

Head of Juwata Krikil Village Head, Hasanuddin, expressed his appreciation for Pertamina's Pertashop program. "Of course, it is easier for people to get fuel. The quality and price are the same as at petrol stations," he said.

Azri Ramadhan, Sales Branch Manager of Rayon V Pertamina Kaltimtara, said previously, people had to travel 8 KM to get to the nearest gas station. "It is hoped that with this Pertashop, it can help move the economy of residents," said Azri.

Azri also informed that there are still areas that have not been reached by Pertashop so that the opportunity for people to become entrepreneurs is still wide open. "To open a Pertashop business, you need a fairly affordable capital with relatively easy requirements," he said.
