Pertamina Achieves Best State-Owned Enterprise Award for Transparency in Public Information
Jakarta, October 28, 2023 - Pertamina has been honored as the best State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) in the transparency assessment in providing information to the public. This recognition is based on evaluations from social media users, online media, and other digital platforms. Netizens have also acclaimed President Director of Pertamina, Nicke Widyawati, as the Best and Most Popular SOE Director.
The award was conferred at the "Digital Information Transparency 5.0 SOE Information Disclosure Award 2023," organized by SOE Track at Ayodya Resort Bali on Friday (27/10).
This recognition is based on monitoring, crawling, and indexing across various social media platforms of the company (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok) and company websites (website, Wikipedia) from January to September 2023.
The information was then qualitatively and quantitatively measured as digital evidence based on audience numbers, engagement, activity, and content quality on each account. Furthermore, the assessment was also based on expert judgment by a jury chaired by Rudiantara (Minister of Communication and Information Technology 2014-2019).
Vice President of Corporate Communication of Pertamina, Fadjar Djoko Santoso, stated that the recognition of Pertamina as the best SOE in transparency of information serves as evidence of Pertamina's transparency in managing national energy.
"In the digital era, information transparency is a necessity. This is the result of collective work, and we are grateful to the community for positively responding to all the information we convey through various corporate information channels," said Fadjar.
In this award event, Pertamina received three awards:
- The Most Popular SOE by Audience
- Best in All Classifications by Audience, Activity, and Engagement
- Best Overall by Audience, Activity, and Engagement
President Director of Pertamina, Nicke Widyawati, was honored as The Most Popular Person by Audience and Best Overall SOE Director by Audience, Activity, and Engagement.
Fadjar emphasized that this award will boost Pertamina's spirit to continuously improve the company's performance as positive information for the public.
