Pertamina Appreciates POLDA Sumsel for Revealing Individual Misusing Subsidized Solar

Palembang, April 6, 2022 – PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Regional Sumbagsel appreciates and fully supports the steps taken by the South Sumatra Regional Police (POLDA) against the subsidized diesel fuel misuse at 24,302.22 petrol stations Jl. Gen. A. Yani Kel. 14 Ulu Kec. Seberang Ulu II and 24,302.126 petrol station Jl. Gen. A. Yani Kel. 7 Ulu Kec. Seberang Ulu I Palembang.

Tjahyo Nikho Indrawan, Area Manager of Communication Relations & CSR of South Sumatra, said that Pertamina is committed to distributing right on target subsidized diesel.

"Pertamina Patra Niaga Regional Sumbagsel fully supports the efforts and steps of the police in overseeing the distribution of subsidized fuel. Therefore, it can be used by the rightful people," Nikho said. 

As is well known, subsidized diesel is under Presidential Regulation no. 191 of 2014. Users entitled to subsidized diesel for the transportation sector are vehicles with black plates transporting people or goods, public services vehicles (ambulances, fire engines, garbage collectors), and yellow-plated vehicles. Vehicles entitled to subsidized diesel need to show a verification letter and recommendation from the relevant SKPD. 

Pertamina Patra Niaga Sumbagsel urges the entire community to collectively oversee and supervise subsidized fuel distribution.

If the public finds indications of fraud, immediately report it to law enforcement officials or through the Pertamina Call Center (PCC) 135.**
