Pertamina Eco-RunFest 2022: A Safe and Comfortable Cross-Generation Music Festival
Jakarta, November 24, 2022 - Approaching its 65th anniversary on December 10, Pertamina once again holds an annual event with a new, fresher concept, namely "Pertamina Eco RunFest 2022". This event will be held on Sunday, November 27, 2022 at Istora Senayan, Jakarta.
Besides running events for various categories, this year's Pertamina Eco RunFest 2022 also presents a music festival "Energizing Music Festival" with favorite musicians across generations. Visitors can reminisce with their loved ones, accompanied by performances by Rossa, Cokelat, Gigi, and The Changcuters. Besides that, JKT 48, Marion Jola, RAN, Maliq & D'essentials will liven up the atmosphere with fun music to dance.
Those who are always up-to-date with current music will be spoiled by performances from Rizky Febian, Lalahuta x Jaz, Rendy Pandugo, Soegi Bornean, Dekat, and Riri Moeya. Moreover, visitors can also sing with Oom Leo Berkaraoke featuring Ello and Cantika Abigail.
These musicians will perform and spread across 3 (three) different stages. Namely, in 1 Indoor area (Eco Runfest Stage) and 2 Outdoor areas (Energizing You Stage and Mini Eco-Market Stage). Visitors can start watching their favorite musicians from 10.00 WIB to 23.00 WIB.
To enter the Eco-Fest venue area, visitors must exchange their e-voucher ticket for a wristband, which can be done at the Wristband Collection Booth at Atrium 3, FX Sudirman, on 24-26 November 2022. However, visitors can also exchange wristbands on the day of the event at the Wristband Collection Booth at the Istora Senayan entrance area.
Visitors who want to own official merchandise, they can buy it at the Official Merchandise Store booth "Toko Bersinar Terang", a collaboration with Pertamina Eco RunFest 2022 x Shinning Bright. The merchandise includes T-shirts, tote bags, bucket hats, and trucker caps.
Prioritizes Visitor Safety and Convenience
Acting Vice President of Corporate Communication of Pertamina, Heppy Wulansari, explained the participants' enthusiasm at the Pertamina Eco-RunFest 2022 event, especially the Eco-Fest was enormous. If previously Eco-Run tickets had been sold for 8,300 runners, 5,600 tickets were sold out for Eco-Fest tickets with pre-sale prices (IDR 115,000) and normal prices (IDR 165,000).
"We have adjusted this number to the maximum venue capacity set based on the latest health protocol rules. We do this so that the Pertamina Eco RunFest 2022 can run safely, comfortably, and happily," said Heppy.
Heppy emphasized that Pertamina prioritizes visitors' safety and comfort. Following the health protocol, all Eco-Fest visitors are required to have taken the 3rd vaccine (Booster) or at least the 2nd vaccine to enter the Eco-Fest area.
"We have prepared 160 Crowd Control teams, 1 Fire Fighting Group equipped with Light Fire Extinguishers (APAR), and 2 Ambulance units equipped with health/medical personnel. We will carry out strict security by placing personnel at points that have the potential to get crowded, such as near the stage and entrance and exit areas," she explained.
Pertamina Eco RunFest also provides complete facilities for visitors, such as sanitary facilities such as Portable Hand Wash and Toilets, free cellphone charging facilities, F&B areas, and lounge areas.
Heppy urged visitors to wear comfortable clothes and footwear, wear masks, prepare raincoats to anticipate rain, and bring their tumblers or drinking bottles to be filled at several free water stations or favorite drink shops in the Eco-Market area.
"We want to invite the public to support sustainable living, namely a sustainable lifestyle that we can start from the simplest things, for instance, by reducing waste when visiting music festivals," explained Heppy.
The Pertamina Eco RunFest 2022 event will also be attended by celebrities who love running sports. It includes Daniel Mananta, Andien Aisyah, Irfan Wahyudi (Ippe), Social Media Influencers Emil & Luthfi, and Baim Wong, as well as the Satria Muda Pertamina basketball athletes who will also run at Eco-Run and present in Eco-Fest.
