Pertamina Eco RunFest 2024 is Ready to Launch: Here is the Race Pack Collection Schedule
Jakarta, November 17, 2024 – Excitement is building for next week! On Sunday, November 24, 2024, Pertamina Eco RunFest 2024, Indonesia’s first carbon-neutral running event, will be held at the Istora Gelora Bung Karno (GBK) complex, Jakarta.
Vice President of Corporate Communication of Pertamina, Fadjar Djoko Santoso, announced that participants registered for the Eco Run can collect their race packs at the GBK Multipurpose Room (Vanda Room), Senayan, Jakarta, on Friday and Saturday, November 22-23, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM WIB.
“Participants are advised to collect their race packs according to the schedule. If they can not attend, they can authorize someone else to collect the pack by providing a letter of authorization (downloadable at bit.ly/SK-EcoRun2024),” Fadjar explained.
Fadjar added that the Eco Run event features several running categories, including the 21K Half Marathon, 10K Run, 5K Fun Run, and 1.5K Family Run. These categories are open to various age groups, including children, who can participate in the Family Run alongside an accompanying adult.
Excitingly, participants will receive a string bag containing one bottle of Hydroplus drink, one Green Rebel voucher, and one Segari voucher. Participants will also get an official jersey in collaboration with Diadora, a BIB with a timing chip, a reusable raincoat, and the chance to win various door prizes.
“There is even a grand prize of an electric car for one lucky participant,” Fadjar revealed.
Fadjar further explained that there are still many other opportunities to win door prizes at the 2024 Eco RunFest. "From bicycles to smartphones and many other interesting door prizes," Fadjar said.
“Please collect your race pack at the designated schedule. Remember to bring proof of registration, either the confirmation email or an ID matching the registered name,” Fadjar emphasized.
Fadjar concluded that the Eco RunFest 2024 is not just about running but also about becoming environmentally conscious runners who contribute to Indonesia’s decarbonization efforts through carbon neutrality.
