Pertamina Eco RunFest 2024 to Feature LANY and 14 Indonesian Musicians
Jakarta, November 18, 2024 – PT Pertamina (Persero) officially announced the participation of LANY, an indie pop rock band from Los Angeles, USA, as part of the 11th Pertamina Eco RunFest, which will take place at Istora Senayan, Jakarta, on Sunday, November 24, 2024.
Vice President of Corporate Communication of Pertamina, Fadjar Djoko Santoso, said the presence of international artists at Pertamina Eco RunFest 2024 is an effort to promote sustainability not only at the national level but also internationally.
“The presence of international artists can convey the message to the world about the importance of environmental conservation in every activity, starting from contributing to decarbonization efforts through carbon neutrality initiated by Pertamina, waste management from the event organized by Pertamina, to promoting the excellence of Indonesian SMEs,” explained Fadjar.
“The spirit of sustainability, Energizing The Change, is expected to go global,” Fadjar added.
LANY will perform on one of the three available stages alongside 14 prominent Indonesian bands and musicians. Together, they will present the Energizing Music Festival (Eco Fest), showcasing musicians from various genres.
“There will be merchandise signed by LANY, including 50 signed posters and 25 signed white Pertamina Eco RunFest t-shirts, as well as 25 signed black Pertamina Eco RunFest t-shirts,” Fadjar revealed.
In addition, fourteen Indonesian musicians will also perform to liven up the three stages of EcoFest.
On the Eco RunFest Stage (Outdoor stage), there will be performances by Hivi, Happy Asmara, Vierratale, Tipe-X, Juicy Luicy, Mahalini, Maliq & D’Essentials, and Feel Koplo.
On the Energizing You Stage (Indoor stage), Sal Priadi, Tulus, and Tiara Andini will perform.
Lastly, on the Green Grove Stage (communal area upstairs), there will be special performances by Vidi Aldiano, Nadin Amizah, and Reality Club.
“Visitors attending Eco Fest will not only enjoy live music but also actively support sustainability campaigns in Indonesia,” said Fadjar.
Fadjar continued that for participants who have already purchased Eco Fest tickets, wristbands can be exchanged directly on the day of the Eco RunFest 2024 event, Sunday, November 24, 2024. The open gate for Eco Fest will start at 14:30 WIB. The requirement is to show the EcoFest e-voucher purchased through the MyPertamina app.
