Pertamina Fostered MSEs Participates in Global-Scale Exhibitions, Come Visit the Virtual Booth

Jakarta, July 26, 2021 – PT Pertamina (Persero), through the MSE Funding Program, has facilitated one of its fostered partners to participate in an international scale exhibition. Wastra Gallery MSE will participate at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia's event from Tuesday, June 6 to Thursday, July 15. There were also several UN organizations and representatives of countries who participated in the exhibition.

Acting Senior Vice President Corporate Communications & Investor Relations of Pertamina, Fajriyah Usman, said the exhibition entitled "Creative Economy for Sustainable Development: Let's Connect!" is a platform that MSEs can use to establish cooperation.  Especially with the creative economy of friendly countries.

"This exhibition was held at the initiative of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia in collaboration with Colombia, Costa Rica, Fiji, Mexico, Panama, United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom, together with the ASEAN Secretariat, ILO, WIPO, UN Women, UNESCO, UNCTAD, FAO, and 24 MSMEs. /Digital Startups. The feelings were also expressed by Achmad Nur Hasim, the owner of the Kekean Wastra Gallery business. According to him, the event is a good opportunity for MSEs with good export potential, capacity, and product standardization. "We empower 12 joint business groups in several provinces that focus on empowering disadvantaged women and children," he explained.
