Pertamina General Meeting of Shareholders Assigns New Directors

Jakarta, May 3, 2021 - The government, through the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (SOE) and the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) of PT Pertamina (Persero), changes the composition of PT Pertamina (Persero)'s Board of Directors. Dedi Sunardi was appointed as Pertamina's Director of Business Support.

The composition of Pertamina's new Board of Directors is stated in the Copy of the Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises Number SK-142/MBU/05/2021 concerning the Dismissal and Appointment of Members of the Board of Directors of the PT Pertamina (Persero), which was signed on Monday, May 3, 2021.

Acting Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications & Investor Relations of Pertamina, Fajriyah Usman, said that as one of the authorities of the shareholders, the GMS had determined Pertamina's new board of directors.

In this Decree, shareholders also honorably dismiss M. Haryo Yunianto from Director of Business Support of PT Pertamina (Persero), the position he has held since June 12, 2020. Previously, he had been the Director of Asset Management of Pertamina since April 20, 2018.

"Pertamina would like to thank Mr. M. Haryo Yunianto who has received a new assignment as the President Director of Pertamina Gas Subholding, namely PGN," said Fajriyah.

Before being appointed as Director of Business Support at PT Pertamina (Persero), Dedi Sunardi served as President Director of PT Asuransi Kredit Indonesia.

The man who was born in Magetan in 1964, holds a degree in Corporate Economics from the Universitas Jayabaya Jakarta (1988) and earned a Masters in Management from Universitas Gadjah Mada in 2000. Before being appointed as President Director of PT Asuransi Kredit Indonesia, Dedi worked at Bank Rakyat Indonesia.
