LPG Needs Fulfillment during Eid
Besides ensuring fuel supply availability, Pertamina also secures LPG availability in Central Java. It includes adding a fleet of skid tanks, preparing 664 Alert Agents and 5,157 Pangkalan Siaga PSO, and 942 NPSO Outlets operating during the Eid holiday for areas with high demand. Several LPG agents are on standby 24 hours.
It is also easier for consumers to order Bright Gas using the Pertamina Delivery Service 135.
"Through Pertamina Delivery Service, consumers can contact 135 Pertamina call center, and we will send Bright Gas cylinders from our nearest LPG agent," Brasto said.
Brasto explained that Pertamina has formed a Task Force (Satgas), which will start actively from April 11 to May 10, 2022.
To anticipate the heavy homecoming flow for Eid which causes congestion, Pertamina has also prepared a pocket petrol station in the form of a tank truck that is on standby as a bag/reserve for fuel supply at points prone to congestion.
Several petrol stations located in strategic locations will also operate for 24 hours.
"We urge people who went on homecoming travel to fill their tanks fully at petrol stations before leaving. To make it easier to find the nearest petrol station while traveling, people can use the MyPertamina application or contact Pertamina's contact service at 135," Brasto concluded.**
