Pertamina Increases LPG supply by 3% as Eid Al-Fitr Approaches

Jakarta, May 10, 2021 - One week before Eid, PT Pertamina (Persero) increases the supply of Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG) by 3%, from the average daily distribution of 26,911 Metric Tons (MT) to 27,696 MT.

Acting Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications & Investor Relations of Pertamina, Fajriyah Usman, said Pertamina LPG agents and bases throughout Indonesia are ready for LPG demand increase ahead of the Eid Al-Fitr 1442 H celebration.

"The 2021 Pertamina Ramadan and Eid Al-Fitr Task Force (RAFI) has been on standby 24 hours to serve LPG needs, both PSO and Non PSO. The national LPG stock is also sufficient," said Fajriyah.

According to Fajriyah, Pertamina has alerted 3,531 PSO Siaga agents, 723 NPSO Siaga agents, and 45,500 PSO Siaga bases throughout Indonesia, from Aceh to Papua.

"Pertamina also offers a Delivery Service (Pertamina Delivery Service - PDS) to simplified Bright Gas orders through the Pertamina Call Center simpler for customers," added Fajriyah.
