Jakarta, July 14, 2021 – The Pertamina UMK Academy continues to provide coaching to its participants. Especially for fostered partners from Go Online class, they are educated with the development of the latest digital marketing issues or often called as Marketing 5.0. It is hoped that after passing this event, they are able to be upgraded MSEs and implement the digital marketing strategy.
Acting Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications & Investor Relations of Pertamina, Fajriyah Usman said, the development of digital technology should be followed by everyone, including these Micro and Small Enterprise (MSE) business actors.
“In this digital era, MSEs need to adapt with the habits of the customer that prefer to shop online, by looking at attractive promotional media and display that can be used by anyone including nonexpert,” she said.
In detail, those materials were given at the second session of Go Online class on Saturday (3/7). There are several things that need to be prepared by the MSEs before facing the Marketing 5.0 era. “Digital marketing is not a method that surfaced as a substitute of the traditional marketing. Both must co-exist with complementary roles in the customer path,” she said.
Then what is a customer path? Satya Bilal, the speaker appointed by Pertamina to give the materials explained that Customer Path is consists of 5A. Namely Aware, Appeal, Ask, Act, and Advocate. This 5A sequence is a consumer’s consideration before deciding to buy a product or also known as New CX.
The application of Marketing 5.0 is certainly thick with technology. This technology is known as Next tech which is a term that shows the technology that resembles humans to imitate human actions. “Don’t think too far on robots, the ability of automatic reply on business Whatsapp can also be one of the examples. That feature helps MSEs in serving customers in limited condition, for instance,” explained Bilal.
People are considered to master Marketing 5.0 if they are able to collaborate those two things which are Next Tech and New CX. Indeed, it is measured based on a matrix that has been arranged in such a way as an indicator. “However, if you have mastered the basics, it will be easier for further development,” he added.
According to Fajriyah, through the MSE Funding Program, Pertamina wants to provide energy that moves the economy--energy that fuels and energy that produce sustainable growth.
Pertamina also supports SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) achievements through implementing ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance)-based programs in all of its operational areas. It is part of the environmental and social responsibility to realize economic benefits in the community.**
