Sustainalytics is a leading global ESG rating agency that assesses the ESG risk exposure of companies operating in specific industries. In measuring and evaluating ESG ratings, Sustainalytics measures the company's exposure to material ESG risks in specific industry and how well the company manages these risks.
Sustainalytics divides ESG ratings into five categories based on a company's performance in managing ESG and business risks: scores from 0 to 10 fall into the 'Negligible Risk' category, scores from 10 to 20 into 'Low Risk,' scores from 20 to 30 into 'Medium Risk,' scores from 30 to 40 into 'High Risk,' and scores above 40 into 'Severe Risk.' A lower score indicates lower risk and better ESG management quality for the company.
Pertamina, as a leading company in the energy transition, is committed to supporting the Net Zero Emission 2060 target by continuously promoting programs that directly impact the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) achievement. All these efforts align with Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) implementation across all Pertamina's business lines and operations.**
