Pertamina Patra Niaga Adds 11.4 Million 3 Kg LPG Cylinders for Eid al-Adha
Jakarta, June 8, 2024 - To fulfill the public’s needs during Eid al-Adha 2024, Pertamina Patra Niaga has prepared an additional distribution of 11.4 million 3 kg LPG cylinders nationwide.
Corporate Secretary of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, Irto Ginting, stated that the company is increasing its supply of 3 kg LPG to meet the heightened demand during Eid al-Adha, which also coincides with the weekend.
"With this addition, we hope to fulfill the need for 3 kg LPG so that the public does not have to worry and can peacefully carry out activities during Eid al-Adha 2024. This additional distribution will be carried out gradually through agents to distribution points, starting from today until Eid al-Adha," explained Irto.
Furthermore, Irto also urged the public to purchase 3 kg LPG from official Pertamina distribution points to get the highest retail price (HET) set by local governments.
Pertamina Patra Niaga also ensures that the national LPG stock is sufficient and currently stands at an 18-day supply.
"We ensure that the stock at the distribution points is always available and that 3 kg LPG is sold according to the HET. If sold by unauthorized retailers, it is beyond our control," said Irto.
In addition to ensuring 3 kg LPG availability, Pertamina Patra Niaga guarantees non-subsidized LPG availability, such as Bright Gas, which is readily available at distribution points and modern outlets, making it easily accessible to the public.
