Jakarta, December 15, 2021 - Pertamina Patra Niaga, Sub Holding Commercial & Trading of PT Pertamina (Persero) provides another service innovation through digitizing automation of transactions for purchasing refills or new Bright Gas cylinders at Kios Matic to make it easier for the community.
Vice President of Retail LPG Sales of Pertamina Patra Niaga, SH C&T, Primarini said that the Bright Gas Kios Matic was a collaboration project between LPG Sales, Digital Enhancement Technology (DET), and Pertamina Retail to provide easier service innovations through a digitalization system that prioritizes self-service and modernizes the Bright Gas service rack at petrol stations.
"In the future, this Kios Matic is expected to be able to provide Bright Gas services at petrol stations that can operate 24 hours. In addition, this Kios Matic also noticed trends in the community during the pandemic, providing easy and independent services with self-service mechanisms, the digitization is also supported by MyPertamina integration for transactions at Kios Matic," explained Primarini.
Primarini continues that the Kios Matic pilot project will be carried out at COCO petrol stations in Kalimalang, Bintaro, BSD, and is also being prepared at Lenteng Agung COCO petrol station. This pilot project will be executed until March 2022 and the benefits of this Kios Matic will be evaluated.
On the same occasion, the President Director of Pertamina Patra Niaga, SH C&T, Alfian Nasution said that innovation such as the Bright Gas Kios Matic needs to be continued. This innovation strengthens the service provided by Pertamina Patra Niaga to the community and strengthens the company's performance.
"One of the innovations that make Kios Matic very good is forming a new culture related to self-service of Pertamina's product. Currently, the community as customers of Pertamina products want convenience and Kios Matic is the answer to that," explained Alfian.
Alfian continued, Pertamina Patra Niaga will continue to socialize the Bright Gas Kios Matic so that people can be well informed while ensuring the necessary evaluations in the future.
“During the trial period, we will see how the community can enjoy the facilities that Kios Matic provides. It is hoped that this Kios Matic can be developed again in the future, especially in strategic areas and locations, such as apartments and residential areas. So the next Bright Gas Kios Matic, which is expected to operate 24 hours in the future, can be enjoyed by the community," explained Alfian.
