Pertamina Siaga to Accompany People's Homecoming Trip
Jakarta, May 1, 2022 – During the homecoming and return flow of Eid al-Fitr 2022, PT Pertamina Patra Niaga through the West Java Region (JBB) provides various additional facilities as a solution for travelers' safety and comfort. Not only fuel, LPG, and lubricant services, there are also mini-clinic services or health facilities at Rumah Pertamina Siaga.
In the western part of Java, Rumah Pertamina Siaga is spread over four strategic points on the toll (rest area) and non-toll roads. The mini-clinic service is the flagship service at Rumah Pertamina Siaga during this year's Ramadhan and Eid Al-Fitr (RAFI) homecoming.
In collaboration with Pertamedika, the Executive General Manager of Pertamina Patra Niaga JBB Region, Waljiyanto, explained that his party was on standby for facilities such as patient examination beds and medical personnel consisting of doctors and nurses. Travelers can consult if they feel unwell during the trip, perform general checks such as blood sugar, cholesterol, and uric acid, and get medication according to the indications of complaint if needed.
“We also understand the condition of travelers, where traveling long distances even through toll roads can be tiring. Thus, Rumah Pertamina Siaga is here for travelers and Pertamina's support for the government program, namely Safe and Healthy Homecoming. Of course, while still paying attention to health protocols," said Waljiyanto.
He also said that fuel, LPG, and Avtur stock in West Java is sufficient and would be optimized ahead of the peak flow of this Eid homecoming.
"Through the RAFI Task Force, JBB Region is committed to fulfilling the energy needs of travelers until the return flow is done. We also urge travelers to use quality fuel following the vehicle's specifications so that the vehicle's engine performance is optimal and the engine is more durable. If later the visited rest area is busy, we ask you to limit the visiting and resting time," said Waljiyanto
On the same occasion, Comm, Relations & CSR of Pertamina Patra Niaga JBB Region Area Manager, Eko Kristiawan, said that during this RAFI Task Force period, Pertamina Patra Niaga also provided additional services of 25 Pertamax & Dex Series modular units at 12 points, 63 petrol stations in pockets prepared to deliver fuel to critical petrol stations if delivery encounters obstacles in the field, 111 motorist units at 95 points to deliver fuel to vehicles that need fuel along the homecoming route.
"In an emergency that requires fuel along the homecoming route, consumers can simply call 135 via phone, then press 1 to start the Pertamina Delivery Service then inform your data, the type of product purchased and the delivery location to the operator, then the officer will confirm via telephone, fuel then will be immediately sent to your location by our officers," explained Eko.
Since April 11, Pertamina Patra Niaga has activated the RAFI 2022 Task Force Team (Satgas) to ensure stock reliability, distribution, facilities, and operational facilities to fulfill the community's energy needs during the holy month.
During the RAFI Task Force period, Pertamina Patra Niaga JBB Region alerted seven fuel terminals, four LPG terminals, five Aircraft Filling Depots (DPPU), 1550 petrol stations, 1496 PSO LPG agents, and 38,597 PSO LPG bases. Alternative and additional services such as 168 petrol stations on standby, 7471 Agents and LPG Outlets on standby with 24-hour service status, 111 motorist units or Pertamina Delivery Service (PDS), alerting 63 units of spare tank cars or pocket petrol stations, and the presence of 4 Mini Clinic points in Pertamina Siaga Command Post are also provided.
