Pertamina's Directors Observe and Assure the Readiness of BBM, LPG & Avtur Services on the Bandung Tourist Route
December 30, 2021 - PT Pertamina (Persero) through Pertamina Patra Niaga West Java Region ensures that the supply of Fuel (BBM), LPG, and Avtur during the 2021 Christmas Holiday Period and 2022 New Year (Nataru) is safe and sufficient. Regular gas stations, LPG agents, Pertashop, additional services, and Aircraft Filling Depots (DPPU) are on standby to distribute fuel, LPG, and Avtur for people who are going on vacation.
Director of Human Resources & Business Support of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Subholding Commercial & Trading Isabella Hutahaean reviewed the readiness of petrol stations, Pertashop, and additional services to be ready to encounter the supply of fuel and LPG during the Christmas and New Year 2022 Period. Services at DPPU Husein Sastranegara will also continue to be on standby to fulfill the needs of Avtur for airlines. "All Pertamina's facilities and services for fuel, LPG, and Avtur have been optimized, as well as sufficient stock resistance. This includes anticipating a surge in vehicles during the Christmas and New Year periods, besides that, the public can also use the MyPertamina application in transactions to get attractive promos that have been prepared by Pertamina," said Isabella.
During her visit, Isabella was accompanied by the West Java Regional Management Team. The visited locations include 2 Pertashop locations in Bandung City, petrol stations on the main street in the Dago area, and DPPU Husein Sastranegara. During this visit, the group assured the readiness of the Task Force to optimize the additional services provided, including Mobile Storage, Modular Petrol Stations, Motorist (Delivery Service), and Airline Services.
For this reason, Pertamina Patra Niaga West Java Regional has prepared as many as 2 Mobile Dispensers, 9 Modular service points, 17 Motorists, 53 Mobile Storage, and 17 Antigen Service points at petrol stations spread across DKI Jakarta, Banten, and West Java.
This service is outside of the petrol station facilities, Agents, and LPG Bases that Pertamina standby during the Nataru period. Namely 168 Standby Petrol Stations, 1058 Subsidized LPG Agents, 180 Non-Subsidized LPG Agents, and 6413 LPG Bases.
Call 135 When Vehicle Runs out of Fuel, 17 Motorists will be Present to Serve

Amid the Christmas and New Year's Task Force review, Area Manager Communication, Relations & CSR of Pertamina Patra Niaga West Java Regional Eko Kristiawan said that in addition to the readiness of petrol station services, Pertamina had also anticipated emergency conditions in the event of congestion both on toll and non-toll roads by alerting the motorist team.
According to him, 17 motorist teams spread across the western part of Java are on standby 24 hours and will work to break through traffic jams to deliver packaged fuel to consumers in need. "By contacting 135, a team of trained motorists will be there as soon as possible to deliver packaged fuel so that people can continue their journey to their destination," added Eko.
On the other hand, regarding the message that was spread widely in the community about the appeal to fill their motorbike or car with full fuel from December 29, 2021, to January 7, 2022, Pertamina has confirmed that the information is a hoax, not true, and misleading.
