Post-Restructurization, Pertamina Reorganized and Appointed New Corporate Secretary

Jakarta, November 26, 2020 - After the initial restructuring, Pertamina continues to reform its organization and HR to optimize the potential and foster careers for employees. One of them was the change of Corporate Secretary from Tajudin Noor to Brahmantya Satyamurti Poerwadi, who previously served as Vice President for Stakeholder Relations. Brahmantya was assigned to the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries as one of the Director Generals. Tajudin Noor is currently trusted as Senior Vice President for Human Capital Development. Both have been appointed management on November 25, 2020.

In addition to changing officials, Pertamina also revamped the Corporate Secretary division by developing a new division in communication led by the Senior Vice President of Corporate Communication and Investor Relations (SVP Corcom & IR).

Agus Suprijanto was entrusted with the new structure as SVP Corcom & IR and was appointed by Pertamina management in September 2020. Previously, Agus served as Vice President of Supply Chain Management-Authority Coordination-Corporate Communication & External Affairs of PT Pertamina Hulu Mahakam - a subsidiary of PT Pertamina Hulu Indonesia.

Acting VP of Corporate Communication of Pertamina, Heppy Wulansari, explained that the existence of the new SVP Corcom & IR structure is a separation of duties that previously were under the function of Corporate Secretary (Corporate Secretary) of PT Pertamina (Persero).

The new structure carries out corporate communication's main tasks, both internal and external, by supervising two Vice Presidents (VP), namely VP Corporate Communication and VP Investor Relations.

"This is a position in the neck, the same as the Corporate Secretary. SVP Corcom & IR is also directly responsible to the President Director," said Heppy.

As for the position of Corporate Secretary (Corporate Secretary) who previously supervised Corporate Communication and Investor Relations, now only supervises three officials at the Vice President level, namely VP Corporate Social Responsibility and Small & Medium Enterprises Partnership Program (CSR & SMEPP), VP Stakeholders Relations, VP Compliance, and Manager Board Support.

"With the presence of new officials and organizational reshuffle, it is expected that they will bring better performance and focus in each division and have a positive impact on Pertamina," said Heppy.**
