President Director of Pertamina Ensures Avtur Supply Meets Holiday Travel Needs

Jakarta, April 6, 2024 - Nicke Widyawati, President Director of PT Pertamina (Persero), conducted a working visit to the Aviation Fuel Terminal (AFT) at Halim Perdanakusuma, East Jakarta, on Friday, April 5, 2024.

The visit aimed to ensure the readiness and availability of Avtur supply to fulfill the demand during the homecoming period for Idulfitri 2024. Additionally, it aimed to ensure the quality of this aircraft fuel product is in good condition.

Nicke Widyawati commended the Pertamina Officers at AFT Halim Perdanakusuma for their commitment to maintaining product quality. "The Aviation Team has proven their strength in quality control," said Nicke.

Not only does Pertamina maintain product quality, she added, but it also continuously ensures the safety of its business operations.

This visit is part of Pertamina management's series of visits to the Western part of Java. Since Friday morning, the President Director and management of Pertamina have been monitoring facilities’ readiness, starting from petrol stations in Bandung, the Fuel Terminal in Padalarang, to the Pertamina Call Center 135, which is fully prepared to address the public's needs for product information, services, and necessities during the 2024 Pertamina RAFI Task Force.

At the Fuel Terminal in Padalarang, the Directors of Pertamina ensured the HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment) Golden Rules and Corporate Life Saving Rules implementation as a work culture in Pertamina's operations. Thus, Pertamina officers always pay attention to safety and security aspects in their work and the reliability of the equipment used.

Fadjar Djoko Santoso, Vice President of Corporate Communication of Pertamina, added that Pertamina management's visits during the RAFI Task Force period were carried out to ensure conditions in the field were maintained. Therefore, the public can enjoy the Idulfitri holiday safely, comfortably, and pleasantly.

"Pertamina ensures that the community’s energy needs are well-served, with good quality fuels, LPG, and Avtur available. We also urge the public to always prioritize safety in using fuels and LPG, as well as using non-subsidized fuels and LPG," he explained.

Also present during the visit were the Commissioner of Pertamina, Iggi H Achsien, Director of Logistics & Infrastructure of Pertamina, Alfian Nasution, and President Director of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, Riva Siahaan.

Throughout the RAFI Task Force period, Pertamina has deployed the 135 Call Center which can be contacted by the public for information on Pertamina services and products, as well as information regarding facilities prepared by the 2024 RAFI Task Force.
