Provides Coaching to Manage Business Account, Pertamina UMK Academy 2021 Participants Ready to become Upgraded MSEs

Jakarta, July 25, 2021 – PT Pertamina (Persero) through MSE Funding Program provides a complete package for every coaching of UMK Academy 2021 event. In addition to theory and presentation, there is also a direct practice lesson with field practitioners. Similar to those received by participants of the Go Digital Class UMK Academy on Wednesday (14/7).

Acting Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications & Investor Relations of Pertamina, Fajriyah Usman said that coaching with complete materials is needed to be provided. Because, if only one is given, it is very likely for the fostered partners to face difficulty in understanding the materials.

“In the Go Digital class, the participants were guided to be able to manage their business information with Google My Business application. That way, customers’ level of trust can increase along with complete information that is available regarding the business of the MSEs. Therefore, it can help boost the status of the fostered partner to become upgraded MSEs,” she said.

In this practice, the fostered partners were directed starting from how to download the application, specify the location of the business on the maps, fill in the information of the business, to claiming Google My Business account if previously already available in the existing options. “There are several cases in which the business is already listed on the maps, but has not been claimed and managed directly by the owner,” she said.

If all of the information is complete, then the display of the business information on the maps or on the search engine will also be available thoroughly. Starting from the address of the business, opening and closing hours, telephone number, and it can also contain reviews and photos of visitors.
