Single Contact Center 135 Optimizes Pertamina's Service
Jakarta, February 22, 2021 - PT Pertamina (Persero) is increasing its service quality by optimizing Contact Center 135 as a single number for its information, services, and product communication channel. Pertamina hopes that Pertamina can be more focused on responding to the community's need through this single number.
Single Number 135 will be effective through all call center communication channel (phone and email) from March 1, 2021.
Previously, the public's available communication channels were divided into two channels, namely Pertamina Call Center 1 500 000, which was used by the public or stakeholders who wanted to obtain information about the company. Meanwhile, for information related to commercial products and services, customers are directed to contact Contact Center 135.
After the implementation of the single number, communication services can be accessed at 135. The menus available on the 135 telephone service include delivery services, customer complaints, Shared Service Center, and Pertamina information.
Likewise, for email services where previously, Pertamina opened two emails that can be accessed by the public, namely pcc@pertamina.com and pcc135@pertamina.com. With the implementation of a single number, the email which can be reached is pcc135@pertamina.com.
Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications & Investor Relations of Pertamina, Agus Suprijanto, explained that to make it easier for the public to access Pertamina information, the company has designated 135 as a single number public communication service.
Agus added that 135 as a single number call center following the current trend. People need a contact number that is easy to remember, easy to call, and will serve as a one-stop information suggestion about the company.
"For people who want to submit complaints, provide input or suggestions, and get information or need Pertamina services and products or want to find out about the latest promos, only need to remember 135," said Agus.**
