Palembang, April 17, 2023 - In supporting the Ramadan and Eid Al-Fitr Task Force (RAFI Task Force) performance in securing the fuel supply and distribution during homecoming, PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional (KPI) ensures that the refinery operates safely, reliably, and complies with applicable regulations.
President Director of PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional (PT KPI), Taufik Adityawarman, said the refineries owned by PT KPI, including the Pertamina Plaju Refinery, continued to ensure that refinery operations remained reliable to support the Ramadan & Eid Al-Fitr Task Force (RAFI) in maintaining the fuel & LPG stocks security in the community.
"We keep improving the refinery's reliability through routine maintenance, strict supervision, and implementing high safety and security standards," he said after inspecting the Pertamina refinery in the Plaju area, Palembang, South Sumatra, Monday (17/04/2023).
In addition, Taufik added, PT KPI continues to optimize the crude oil execution management according to the existing refinery capacity.
"We are also increasing the secondary refinery and product conversion capacity as much as possible by managing and utilizing the available stock," he added.
According to Taufik, the RAFI Task Force at the Pertamina Plaju Refinery will be on standby for 24 hours to ensure service and monitor production operations so fuel and LPG distribution runs smoothly.
