The Biggest Virtual MSMEs Exhibition, Pertamina Presents Hundreds of Fostered Partners

As a form of support, PT Pertamina (Persero) accommodates its fostered MSMEs partners by holding the first and largest virtual MSMEs exhibition in Indonesia on 9-11 September 2020.

The theme is "Digitalisasi usaha kecil, bikin bangga Indonesia! (Digitizing small businesses, making Indonesia proud!)", is a form of campaign that focuses on developing MSME Fostered Partners in the digital era.

Vice President of Corporate Communication of Pertamina, Fajriyah Usman, said the virtual exhibition, named PERTAMINA SMEXPO 2020, will involve hundreds of MSMEs Partners, among the MSMEs is those directly affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. The impact was felt in different ways, from the increase in production costs, difficulty in obtaining raw materials to running out of capital, which forced them to close their businesses.

"We hope this can be a stepping stone for MSMEs, which was affected by the pandemic so that they can rise again because the concept of digital marketing will open wider access to their markets," she said.

Fajriyah added that the entire event is held online, starting from exhibitions, fashion shows, workshops, entertainment, to product buying and selling transactions.
