Jakarta, October 30, 2020 - PT Pertamina develops business innovations to expand and strengthen energy services to the community with four main programs. Namely, the Delivery Service (Pertamina Delivery Service - PDS and Pertamina Lubricant Home Service - PLHS) program, the Pertamina Shop Program (Pertashop), One Price Fuel Program, and the SPBU Digitalization Program.
Vice President of Corporate Communication of Pertamina, Fajriyah Usman, explained that as a business entity in the downstream oil and gas sector and implementing SOE tasks to serve domestic energy, Pertamina continues to improve services to the community by sustainably innovating business models. Of the four programs, there are two assignment programs to reach communities to villages and 3T areas, and two other programs to strengthen and facilitate customer service.
In the Covid 19 pandemic era, she continued, Pertamina is strengthening its delivery service (PDS), which currently serves fuel sales from 234 gas stations, Bright Gas at 576 LPG agents, and has reached 5930 districts.
"The PDS program was started in August 2019, but services have increased sharply since the large-scale social restriction policy in various regions. We want to always provide the best service by delivering fuel and Bright Gas needs directly to customers' homes as well as special delivery services for lubricants in collaboration with workshops," she said.
Fajriyah said to get closer to product service access to customers, Pertamina also continues to increase the number of outlets for fuel, LPG, and lubricants through the Pertashop Program. Until the 3rd week of October 2020, the number of Pertashops, which are ready and already operating, continues to increase, reaching 786 outlets throughout Indonesia.
"The construction of Pertashop will continue until all sub-districts that do not yet have fuel and LPG distribution agencies are realized. Pertamina will prioritize village institutions and MSMEs businesses that meet the criteria of pertashop partners as managers of Pertashop, in line with the Pertamina One Village One Outlet Program, so that later the village government will have a new economic center," she said.
Apart from Pertashop, continued Fajriyah, Pertamina also continued the One Price Fuel program to expand Fuel's distribution range to the 3T (Frontier, Remote, and Disadvantaged) areas. Throughout 2020, Pertamina has operated the One Price Fuel development at 21 points. The 21 points are spread across Central Sulawesi (2 points), South Sulawesi (2 points), West Kalimantan (1 point), Maluku & North Maluku (3 points), South Kalimantan (2 points), North Sumatra (1 point), South Sumatra (3 points), Lampung (3 points) NTB (1 point) and Papua (3 points). Currently, 62 points are under construction.
"Amid the Covid 19 pandemic, there are several obstacles and limitations in the development process, but we are always optimistic that the construction of One Price Fuel is on target so that the 2020 target of 83 points can be reached by the end of the year," she said.
Meanwhile, until 2024, according to the road map, Pertamina is targeting the construction of One Price Fuel to reach 500 points. This is a concrete manifestation of Pertamina's commitment to assist the Government in realizing Energy Justice.
Also, according to Fajriyah, in order to play a role in distributing subsidized fuel and assignments, Pertamina strives to continue the digitalization program for gas stations. Currently, 100% or 5518 gas stations have entered the integration process.
"However, the data entered in the petrol stations dashboard system has reached 5179 petrol stations or 95% and can be monitored already. We are optimistic that by the end of this year, all petrol stations will be digitalized," said Fajriyah.
