Through Pinky Movement, Pertamina Wins TOP CSV Award 2021

Jakarta, October 15, 2021 – Through Creating Shared Value (CSV) Pinky Movement program, PT Pertamina (Persero) won Top CSV Award 2021 from INFOBRAND.ID Media Brand. The award was received by SMEPP Manager of PT Pertamina (Persero) Rudi Ariffianto during the CSR to CSV National Webinar last Thursday, 14 October.

TOP CSV Award 2021 is an appreciation given to companies that have designed and successfully implemented Creating Shared Value (CSV) programs to create sustainable economic value and social value. Pertamina managed to achieve 4,28 points out of a scale of 5 in the event.

Acting Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications & Investor Relations of Pertamina, Fajriyah Usman said that the TOP CSV AWARD 2021 for the “Pinky Movement” CSV program proves Pertamina’s commitment and role in the Creating Shared Value (CSV) program is quite strong.

“The Pinky Movement Program started in 2020 and has provided Value Creation for the community, especially the MSMEs, Pertamina as the program implementer, as well as for the Government as the Regulator,” she said.

The Pinky Movement Program is a TJSL (Environmental and Social Responsibility) program that targets MSMEs to be able to upgrade through business capital financing and coaching. This program emphasizes concrete efforts to reduce the burden of subsidies to be on target. Therefore, MSMEs chances, especially LPG outlet businesses to develop their businesses are increasing by selling non-subsidized LPG. As well as MSMEs users of subsidized LPG who want to switch to using non-subsidized LPG can get more benefits by participating in this program.

Until September 2021, this program has targeted 45% of the program target or around 392 MSMEs that have received coaching (business management, marketing, bookkeeping, etc). Moreover, a total of 123 MSMEs have received coaching of access to business licensing and certification. As many as 123 LPG Outlet MSMEs have the potential to get access to online marketing (MyPertamina, Call Center 135, Web Pertamina, and brightgas.co.id), and 100 culinary MSMEs to get marketplace access. And a total of 392 MSMEs received coaching from practitioners.

Through the Pinky Movement Program, Pertamina continues to show its support for the achievement of SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals), especially point 8 in increasing sustainable economic growth and implementing ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance)-based programs in all of its operational areas. This is part of Environmental and Social Responsibility (TJSL), in order to realize economic benefits in the community.

Whereas, CEO of INFO BRAND Group Susilowati Ningsih said that the award is proof of the company’s CSV program success. Therefore, it can show a positive image of the company in carrying out the CSR program and increasing competitiveness in sustainable business growth. “Congratulations to the award winners and hopefully they can inspire other companies to implement CSR into sustainable CSV,” she concluded.**
