Lisbon, Portugal, November 24, 2023 - In line with the company's vision and mission, Pertamina Call Center 135 (PCC 135) once again has been recognized as a world-class contact center at the Contact Center World Global Awards 2023 held in Lisbon, Portugal, from November 13 to 16, 2023.
Irto Ginting, Corporate Secretary of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, stated that the contact center's performance reflects the quality of service provided to its customers. Therefore, the company relies on PCC 135 as the frontline in capturing customer feedback, including providing necessary information to the public.
"With the continuous improvement efforts, PCC 135 has once again received recognition at the Contact Center World Global Awards 2023. This marks the 4th consecutive year of PCC 135's participation and accolades, showcasing the commitment and efforts of PCC 135 in wholeheartedly serving and providing information to customers and the public," said Irto.
The assessment to attain these awards is thorough. PCC 135 competed with contact centers from various industries worldwide. This year represents PCC 135's best achievement, securing 11 Gold awards, one Silver award, and one Certified World Class Contact Center award out of the 12 categories entered, affirming the world-class nature of PCC 135's services.
The Gold award categories achieved include Best Analyst, Best Quality Auditor, Best Customer Service Professional, Best Contact Center Supervisor, Best Contact Center Operational Manager, Best Customer Loyalty Program, Best Community Spirit, Best Crisis Management Campaign, Best Use of Social Media in The Contact Center, Best Outbound Campaign, and Best Contact Center. The Silver award received was in the category of Best Public Services Center, alongside the recognition of PCC 135 as a Certified World Class Contact Center.
