Bundling of the long-term LPG supply with the transfer of ownership and operatorship of refrigerated LPG terminal in East Java, Indonesia

 

Indonesia needs infrastructure for loading, storage, delivery and distribution of LPG to meet the arising demand since 2007 from conversion of kerosene to LPG and future demand growth. One of the planned LPG infrastructure is East Java Refrigerated LPGTerminal that will be utilized primarily for receiving, storage and delivery of LPG to distribute to Eastern Part of Indonesia including East Java, Bali, NTT, NTB, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Maluku & Papua.

 

The objective of the Project from the perspective of PERTAMINA is to monetise the long term supply of LPG with the transfer of ownership and operatorship of the LPGTerminal at the agreed period of time through Build-Operate-Transfer mechanism.

 

Therefore PERTAMINA aims to: (a) assist interested parties in assessing whether or not they wish to present their credentials to participate in Pre-Qualification Process relating to the Project; and (b) provide the instructions and Pre-Qualification Criteria that interested parties must meet in order to be qualified to submit a bid.

 

Pre-Qualification Requirement:

1. Fulfill all requirements for Applicant(s) detailed on Pre-Qualification Document.
2. The Pre-Qualification Document can be obtained by registering within the following schedule.

a	Registration and Collection of Pre-Qualification Document
	Date        : 23rd June 2016 - 29th June 2016 Time        : 07:30 hrs – 15:00 hrs (on workday and office hour) Place       : PT Pertamina (Persero), Annex Building 4th Floor                   Jl. Medan Merdeka Timur No. 1A, Central Jakarta 10110 - Indonesia Note: -. Power of Attorney and ID copy is required for registration and collection of Pre-Qualification Document. -. Registration and collection of Pre-Qualification Document after the date specified above is not allowed.
b	Pre-Qualification Meeting
	Date        : 30th June 2016 Time        : 09:00 hrs – 12:00 hrs Place       : PT Pertamina (Persero), Main Building 21st Floor                   Jl. Medan Merdeka Timur No. 1A, Central Jakarta 10110 - Indonesia Note: -. Only the Applicant(s) who have registered and collected Pre-Qualification Document can attend the    Pre-Qualification Meeting. -. Maximum attendant who will attend are 2 (two) persons from each Applicant.
c	Pre-Qualification Proposal Submission
