Dokumen dapat diserahkan langsung pada waktu dan tempat tersebut, atau dikirim melalui email dalam rentang waktu di atas ke alamat email di bawah. Namun demikian, beberapa dokumen asli akan diminta untuk disampaikan.

Note

  1. Perusahaan satu payung berlaku ketentuan sbb :
    • Tidak termasuk dalam kelompok perusahaan yang kepemilikan modalnya mayoritas dimiliki oleh orang/pemilik yang sama untuk mengikuti suatu proses pengadaan yang sama.
    • Tidak memiliki afiliasi yaitu hubungan antara 2 (dua) atau lebih perusahaan dimana terdapat 1 (satu) atau lebih dari pemegang saham mayoritas/pemilik modal mayoritas, anggota Direksi atau Komisaris yang sama untuk mengikuti satu proses pengadaan yang sama.
  2. Seluruh dokumen pendaftaran (hardcopy atau softcopy) disusun secara sistematis dalam format yang rapi, lengkap dengan cover, daftar isi, pembatas antar dokumen.
  3. Bagi perusahaan pendaftar (SKT dan Non SKT) apabila dokumen pendaftaran tidak memenuhi persyaratan prakualifikasi maka tidak dapat diundang untuk mengikuti tahapan proses pengadaan selanjutnya.
  4. Proses pengadaan ini mengacu  pada  Surat  Keputusan  Direksi  PT Pertamina (Persero) No. Kpts - 51/C00000/2010-S0 tentang Manajemen Pengadaan Barang/Jasa.
  5. Pengumuman dapat juga dibaca di Papan Pengumuman Kantor Pusat Pertamina : Lobby Gedung Annex Jl. Medan Merdeka Timur No. 1A, Jakarta Pusat.
  1. For affiliated companies applies the following provisions:
    • Not included in capital ownership group of companies owned in majority by the same person, who participate in the same procurement process.
    • Has no affiliation, that is connection between 2 (two) or more companies with the same (one or more) major shareholders/ major capital owners, Directors or Commissioners, who participate in the same procurement process.
  2. All prequalification documents (hardcopy or softcopy) must be systematically arranged neatly, including cover, table of contents, and separations between documents.
  3. For participating companies (SKT and Non SKT) if the document does not meet the pre-qualification requirements then the participants could not participate in the next stage of the procurement process.
  4. The procurement process refers to the Decree of the Board of Directors of PT Pertamina (Persero) No. Kpts - 51 / C00000 / 2010-S0 on Management Procurement of Goods / Services.
