Komisaris Jenderal Polisi (Purn.) Dr. Drs. H. Mochamad Iriawan, S.H., M.M., M.H. was born in Jakarta on March 31, 1962. He is appointed as the President Commissioner of PT Pertamina (Persero) based on the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises at the General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPS) of PT Pertamina (Persero) SK-258/MBU/11/2024 on November 04, 2024.
A graduate of the Police Academy in 1984, he is a retired high-rank officer in the Indonesian National Police (Polri) who last served as the Secretary of the National Resilience Institute (2018) and has held various other strategic positions.
Previously, Iriawan has served as the Special Advisor to the Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia (2019-2024), Chairman of PSSI (2019), Chief of the Metro Jaya Regional Police (2016), Head of Propam Division of Polri (2016), Head of Legal Division of Polri (2015), Chief of West Java Regional Police (2013), Chief of West Nusa Tenggara Regional Police (2012), Director of Community Development of Baharkam Polri (2010), Deputy Director of Kamtranas Bareskrim Polri (2009), Director of General Criminal Investigation of Metro Jaya Regional Police (2008), Head of the Educational and Training Bureau of Polri (2008), Head of the Police School of Purwokerto, Central Java Regional Police (2006), Operational Inspector of Metro Jaya Regional Police (2004), and Chief of Tegal Police (2001).
Dony Oskaria, S.IP., M.B.A. has been appointed as the Vice President Commissioner of PT Pertamina (Persero), based on the Decision of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises as the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) of PT Pertamina (Persero) SK-258/MBU/11/2024 on November 04, 2024.
Dony graduated with a degree in Accounting from Universitas Andalas (1989), a degree in International Relations from Universitas Padjajaran (1996), and later obtained an MBA from the Asian Institute of Management in the Philippines (2009). He currently also serves as the Deputy Minister of State-Owned Enterprises for the 2024-2029 period.
Before joining the State-Owned Enterprises, Dony Oskaria held several significant positions, including President Director of PT Aviasi Pariwisata (Persero) (2021), Deputy President Director of PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. (2020-2021), Commissioner of PT Citilink Indonesia (2019), CEO of Hospitality & Entertainment at CT Corp (2018-2020), Member of the National Industrial Economic Committee (2015-2019), President Director of Trans Studio Mall (2014-2020), CEO of AntaVaya (2014-2020), Commissioner of PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (2014-2019), and Managing Director of Bank Mega (2012-2014).
Heru Pambudi was born in Bondowoso, East Java, in 1970. Appointed as Commissioner of Pertamina since July 2nd, 2021, based on the Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises No. SK-222/MBU/07/2021. He got his Bachelor of Management Economics from University of Indonesia and Master from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne, England.
Heru started his career as a Civil Servant in the Directorate of Verification, Directorate General of Customs and Excise of Ministry of Finance in 1992. His career continued by occupying a strategic position in the scope of Customs and Excise. Until 2015 he was appointed as General Director of Customs and Excise of the Ministry of Finance until 2021. In March 2021, he served as General Secretary of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia.
Bambang Suswantono was appointed as Commissioner of PT Pertamina (Persero), based on the Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises as PT Pertamina (Persero) General Meeting of Shareholders No. SK-263/MBU/09/2023 issued on September 22, 2023.
He is a retired Indonesian Navy officer who has served as Inspector General of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources since July 31, 2023. Previously, Bambang served as the 20th Inspector General of the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) (2020-2023), Commander General of the TNI Academy (2020), Assistant to the Maritime Potential (Aspotmar) of the Navy (2018-2020), Marine Corps (2017-2018), and Commander of the Presidential Security Forces (2016-2017).
Bambang is an alumnus of the Indonesian Navy Academy (AAL) class-XXXII/year 1987. In addition, he got his Bachelor of Laws, Master of Laws, and Master of Applied Defense.
Condro Kirono, was born in Surakarta, Central Java, in 1961. He is appointed as an Independent Commissioner of PT Pertamina (Persero) based on the Decree of the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises at the General Meeting of Shareholders of PT Pertamina (Persero) SK-128/MBU/06/2024 on June 10, 2024.

Previously, Condro has served as Commissioner of PT Pos Indonesia (2021), Board of Commissioners of PT Pertamina (Persero) (2019), Chief Policy Analyst of Baharkam Polri (2019), Chief of Indonesian National Police Security Maintenance Agency/Baharkam Polri (2019), Chief of Central Java Regional Police (2016), Chief of Traffic Corps Polri (2014), Chief of Riau Regional Police (2013), Chief of Operations Bureau Polri (2010), Director of Traffic Polda Metro Jaya (2008), Director of Traffic Polda East Java (2007), Director of Traffic Polda South Kalimantan (2006), Chief of Yogyakarta City Police Polda DIY (2004), Deputy Director of Traffic Polda North Sumatra (2003), and Chief of Tegal City Police Polda Central Java (2002).
Alexander Lay got his Bachelor of Laws from Universitas Atmajaya in 2003, after studying in Institut Teknologi Bandung, majoring in Petroleum Engineering. In 2006, he obtained his Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Sydney.
He was born in Ende, Flores, in 1973. He served as the Supervisory Board in Transparency International Indonesia and was an advocate for business competition law and commercial dispute resolution.
A graduate of Petroleum Engineering from Trisakti University (1987), also serves as the Chairperson of the Trisakti Petroleum Engineering Alumni Association (IAPT) for the 2019-2023 period and as the Secretary-General of the Indonesian Petroleum Engineering Society for the 2022-2025 period. She began her career in the oil and gas industry in 1993 at Halliburton, and Sondaryani was appointed Country Manager for the SecurityDBS division. Before being designated as an Independent Commissioner of Pertamina from 2016 to 2024, Sondaryani worked as the Country Manager of Downhole Technologies at NOV Inc., a U.S.-based company specializing in oil and gas equipment manufacturing.
Iggi H Achsien was born in Indramayu in 1977. He is appointed as Commissioner of PT Pertamina (Persero) based on the Decree of the Ministry of State Owned Enterprises Number SK-222/MBU/07/2021 on July 2, 2021. He completed Masters Degree in Global Leadership Executive MBA at Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) School of Business Management and Aalto University, Finland after previously got his Bachelor of Economics from Universitas Indonesia.
Iggi was experienced in the financial industry, especially in the field of Islamic banking. He has served as board of commissioner in several companies. Currently, Iggi is an Indonesia Vice President’s Expert Staff. In early 2021, he became the General Secretary of Masyarakat Ekonomi Syariah (MES) for 2021-2023.
