In fulfilling the regulation of Public Information Disclosure Law No 14 of 2008, PT Pertamina (Persero) has issued a Public Information Service Management Guide No. A14 002/N00000/2019-S9 that regulates management of Public Information Services.
The Company has also issued President Director’s Decree of PT Pertamina (Persero) No. Kpts–20/C00000/2019-S0 dated 24 may 2019 about Pertamina’s Public Information Service Officer and the Decree of Corporate Secretary of PT Pertamina (Persero) No. Kpts-001/N00000/2019-S0 dated 17 October 2019 about Public Information Services and Documentation Officer where the Company has appointed:
Corporate Secretary of PT Pertamina (Persero) to serve as the Superintendent to PPID officer of PT Pertamina (Persero)
Manager Planning & Governance of PT Pertamina (Persero) to serve as PPID officer who will be responsible in managing the Public Information Services of PT Pertamina (Persero) at Corporate Level (HQ Level)
Unit/Region Manager Communication, Relations & CSR of PT Pertamina (Persero) to serve as PPID officer who will be responsible in managing the Public Information Services at each operating units of PT Pertamina (Persero) – (Operating Unit Level)
PPID Officers at both Corporate (HQ) and Operating Units are responsible for their individual duties and responsibilities and directly report to the PPID Superintendent of PT Pertamina (Persero). In providing Public Information Services, PPID will be assisted by an Information Service Officer.
