As a State-Owned Enterprise (SOE), it requires Pertamina to adhere to SOE core values, i.e. AKHLAK, a set of moral ethics that serve as guidance for the whole SOEs. SOE Core values are designed to facilitate transformation of human capital within SOEs to boost the competitiveness of the SOEs and lead them to be global players and generate best talents.
AKHLAK is the abbreviation of Amanah (Trustworthy), Kompeten (Competent), Harmonis (Harmonious), Loyal (Loyal), Adaptif (Adaptive), and Kolaboratif (Collaborative). Being trustworthy means to demonstrate high integrity, trusted, responsibility, commitment, accountability, honesty and discipline.
For Pertamina, AKHLAK is an identity and represents a work culture that will be expected to sustain the business performances of Pertamina and its entities. Then besides the SoE Core Values, Pertamina has been applying the New Pertamina Clean Charter that represents Pertamina’s commitment to build a clean and transparent organization.
