Corporate Governance Guideline serves as a reference for the management of the Company in managing businesses of PT Pertamina (Persero) with respect to Good Corporate Governance (GCG) principles. The implementation of GCG (Transparency, Accountability, Responsibility, Independency and Fairness) principles is important merely to build up the competitive advantages of the Company. GCG is expected to guide the management in leading the Company to achieve its vision and mission.
The Corporate Governance Guideline regulates the structure of good corporate governance (GMS, Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners), good corporate governance process, and the GCG supporting elements.
In addition, Pertamina has built strong synergy with Corruption Eradication Commission (“KPK”) within a collaborative framework to prevent the corruption acts within the company. As a state-owned energy company, Pertamina is responsible for securing the state assets it manages across the country and optimizes them for the benefits of the people and the country. With the collaborative efforts, Pertamina requires support from KPK to oversee the implementation of various strategic projects and programs and help ensure that every project is done with high responsibility to meet the Government’s targets.
